Employee Assistance Programs

Considering the amount of time we spend at work, employees can be considered an extended family. And when one member is faced with a challenge, this program lends an extra hand. Employee Assistance Programs help your employees continue to provide for their household. The program helps foster a healthy home life by providing:

Counseling services
We provide individual, family and group therapy to support the needs of your employees — helping them get back on track after any bumps in their lives so that they can stay effective in their job. Call 913-742-HELP (4357).

Enhanced child care search
This employee benefit helps demonstrate your organization's family-friendly reputation. Enhanced Child Care Search is offered as part of an employee assistance program. Employees receive a list of providers who have been called to determine that they have openings available for a child.

Emergency child care services
When last-minute emergencies come up, this component of your Employee Assistance Program ensures that your employees' child care does not have to be affected. If your business is interested in off-setting the cost of emergency child care for your employees' dependents, we can help. We can help arrange back-up child care, responding to requests between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., so your staff can stay on the job.

Who is eligible
