As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you greet visitors, determine the purpose of contact, and provide general information to help them. As needed, you prepare forms, redirect individuals to the proper destination, and distribute messages. You also schedule and arrange appointments. As a point of contact for our customers, you expertly operate a telephone system and receive incoming calls. You handle each call with patience and use your knowledge to provide needed information or take messages. Some of your other duties include processing and distributing mail. You feel good keeping our clients happy and encouraging return customers!
