In this nonprofit management role, you work directly under our Director of Healthy Families to provide leadership to the family services programs in our eastern region. Your main responsibilities include managing policies and procedures, developing annual program budgets, and providing hands-on leadership and support to program supervisors. In this supervisory role, you ensure that each program in your region is running efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with our organization's values.
You provide direct support to staff in the programs you manage, assisting with professional development, supervision, and case consultation as necessary. Your philosophy is continuous improvement - you're always searching for ways to collaborate with new community partners, identify new grant and funding opportunities, and increase awareness of our services. You get satisfaction from always striving to shape stronger programs that can better serve the families in our community.
