Bringing Mindfulness and Yoga to the Early Childhood Classroom

In this session, participants will learn how mindfulness and yoga benefits the classroom, the mind, the body and whole child. This session will introduce the science behind the practice and provide some simple ways to implement mindfulness and yoga into the daily schedule. See how this practice can bring calm, increased self-regulation, and focus for the children and caregiver as well.  (Trainer: Mary Williams, The Family Conservancy)
