Director’s Leadership Academy 2

The Family Conservancy Director Leadership Academy Level 2 was designed by request of early education directors. It serves those who are currently a director, assistant director, other administrator or those who have a desire to be a director or leader in the field of early childhood. The Academy provides leadership skills training and focuses on ways to become a more effective leader to meet the needs of the program, as well as of the staff, children and families entrusted in their care. Each session will dive further into the topics that you explored in Directors Leadership Academy Level 1.

Session dates: 3/1/23, 4/5/23, 5/11/23, 6/7/23, 7/5/23, 8/2/23, 9/6/23, 10/4/23, 11/1/23, 12/6/23. Both sessions include a in-person, five hour Directors Seminar on July 20.
