Who is eligible:

• Reside in Clay, Platte or Jackson counties in Missouri
• Head Start available in all three counties
• Early Head Start only available in Jackson county.
• Have an income that is at or below 130% of federal poverty guidelines

What to bring to enrollment:

• Proof of income (W-2 forms, paycheck stub or letter from employer)
• For foster children - letter from DDS stating income
• Proof of medical insurance
• Physician and dentist information (name, address, and phone number)
• Child's immunization records, physical exam, and dental exam
• Child's birth certificate or baptismal documentation
