Although it’s deeply rewarding, parenting can also be tough. The demands on your time, attention, energy and money can add stress. How are your coping skills?  When you feel like you can no longer respond to your child:

  3. Calm down

Find a friend, relative or neighbor to come help. Make a mental list of family members, friends or neighbors you can call on when you feel stressed.
