The Family Conservancy advocates for children's rights and encourages all Kansas Citians to advocate on behalf of young children. The Family Conservancy is committed to supporting the Metropolitan Council on Early Learning's messages and agendas which build a high quality early learning system to prepare all children for success in school. While the recommendations reference the Greater Kansas City community, they reflect the needs of children and families throughout the state.
The key areas in which we ask parents, caregivers and residents to advocate are:
- Quality improvement in child care programs
- Health and safety of children
